It has been about a year since we bothered with these people due to their prices, however we figured we would give them one last chance today and went in and did a price check for a PH tester. $109 for a digital PH reader is crazy. I prefer to buy local and am willing to pay a bit more to do so, but I refuse to pay that much more. I will be ordering one online for less than half that price. The MSRP (Manufacturer's SUGGESTED Retail Price) excuse that they keep giving, for the sky high prices is no good. Anyone who runs a business knows that most places no longer go by it. Before I discovered another place in town with much more reasonable prices on certain supplies. I had gone into this place and spent a couple of hundred dollars in supplies for my kids garden projects and no one mentioned and in store reward program to join.

We have been there a few times first time the guy was really helpful but forgot my cloning solution when we were rang up then today I go to get said solution and a new bluelab growers toolbox (ppm + ph tester) and everything is busted open and when it comes to expensive tools like those I don't chance it so I call the pueblo downtown store to let them know and see if there is anything they can do and I get a dead response and just a just bring it back then say thanks pal I love driving 25 mins to drive 25 mins for nothing to whomever reads the reviews the only thing some of the employees care about is a paycheck

After spending hundreds of dollars on their marked up merchandise, I brought in my Blue lab, Gardian,to get a professional opinion to see if the pH probe needed to be replaced or the actual monitor was fritzing,The sales rep,who is actually the DM,somehow replaced -swapped out my blue lab meter with a different one, when I left the shop to bring my truck around so he could load me up with my other purchases,after returning home I noticed the housing of the meter looked totally different than mine in wear and tear and after replacing the pH probe,the meter was in terrible working condition,clearly it wasn't mine,even with the original probe I had it had worked way better than the one in question.so I tried to remedy the issue with the sales rep,dale,whose response was I should have left my junk equipment at home!.. So after inquiring about the surveillance video tape to see how it got mistakenly or purposely swapped, he gave me the number to Jason the COO of the corporation,who wasn't very helpful but did say he would replace the blue lab but after 2-3 data when I got back to the store I had to buy a new one out right because there was no store credit,or anything that Dale the sal

Great freindly service but as with most shops the prices are a little higher than what I'm used to. Though they have the best prices in town on Pro mix HP.

only place in town so folks are forced to go there- they are all like used car salesmen with minimal knowledge- only one staff member "Rob" was super helpful and knowledgeable.The rest was a nightmare to say the least! High prices , almost 170+ dollar markup on digital ballast. The owner is no help, probably the rudest person I've dealt with before- Buyer beware! Online or go to springs you will save tons of money and get better service every time!
